Academic & Clinical Foundation : I hold an MA in Psychology and am trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Expressive Art Therapy.
Assessment & Therapeutic Experience : I have experience providing counselling and therapeutic support to children, adolescents and young adults, in schools, hospitals and individual as well as group settings, helping them manage concerns such as anxiety, stress, emotional difficulties, self-esteem issues, and behavioural challenges through structured, client-centred interventions.
Multidisciplinary & Rehabilitation Work : I specialise in working with concerns such as anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, self-esteem issues, and behavioural difficulties, while using a multidisciplinary and holistic approach tailored to each client’s needs.
Current Counselling: Currently working as a counsellor, I support children, adolescents, and young adults by providing individual counselling, emotional wellbeing support, and structured interventions to help them build resilience, confidence, and healthy coping skills.
