What clients can expect

My diverse experience across clinical, community, and outdoor therapeutic settings has taught me that healing isn’t linear, it’s deeply personal and requires flexibility. Working with clients from different cultural backgrounds, age groups, and socio-economic contexts has strengthened my ability to create truly personalized therapeutic spaces. Whether supporting trauma survivors, children in underserved communities, or adults navigating complex relational patterns, I’ve learned to meet people where they are with patience and without judgment. My training in multiple modalities; from psychodynamic therapy to clinical hypnotherapy. How My Experience Guides You

My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens within relationship; that the therapeutic connection itself is transformative. I practice from a trauma-informed, relational framework, which means I prioritize safety, trust, and collaboration above all else. I integrate psychodynamic understanding with person-centered care, honoring your innate capacity for growth while gently exploring the patterns and experiences that may be holding you back. My training in somatic work and clinical hypnotherapy allows us to work with both the mind and body, recognizing that trauma and emotion live in our whole being. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, empathy, and unconditional positive regard as you discover your path forward.
