Hello!I am Meghana Valluru, a Counselling Psychologist who works with young and middle-aged adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, self-doubt, identity concerns, emotional overwhelm, trauma, and work–life balance challenges. I support individuals who feel stuck, disconnected from themselves, or weighed down by emotions by helping them make sense of their inner world with clarity and compassion. My therapeutic approach is rooted in the Person-Centered therapy, grounded in empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. I believe that healing begins when a person feels truly seen and emotionally safe. Along with this foundation, I integrate Narrative Therapy, CBT, positive psychology and mindfulness-based strategies. This allows me to tailor sessions to each client’s pace, worldview, and lived experience—helping them strengthen emotional resilience, build healthier thought patterns, and reconnect with their personal sense of agency.I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychological Counselling Skills, along with over two years of clinical practice. I have been passionate about psyhology and helping since my childhood, which helps me bring personal insight from my own journey of pausing and resuming my career after motherhood—an experience that shaped my understanding of vulnerability, identity shifts, and emotional balance. If you’re looking for a gentle, supportive space to explore your concerns and reconnect with yourself, I would be glad to work with you.You can book a session with me to begin your therapeutic journey at your own pace.
