What clients can expect

With over 1,650 hours of supervised therapy across diverse global populations , I offer clients a grounded, evidence-based space to navigate complex trauma, anxiety, and depression. My experience working within NGOs and multidisciplinary teams has taught me to look beyond symptoms to the structural and societal factors—such as gender or cultural expectations—that often impact emotional well-being. By integrating standardized psychometric tools with deep clinical formulation , I help clients track their tangible progress while building the resilience needed to rewrite their personal narratives.
