What clients can expect

My professional experience enables me to provide compassionate, evidence-based support tailored to each client’s unique needs. By working with individuals facing stress, anxiety, workplace challenges, grief, and serious health conditions such as cancer, I help clients build emotional resilience, develop effective coping strategies, process difficult experiences, and foster personal growth. My multidisciplinary and psycho-oncology experience further allows me to support clients holistically—addressing both psychological well-being and the broader life transitions they may be navigating.
Academic & Clinical Foundation : I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology
Assessment & Therapeutic Experience : I provide individual therapy for stress, anxiety, work-related and other general concerns, and also specialize in psycho-oncology, supporting individuals diagnosed with cancer—both in curative and palliative care settings—using evidence-based, compassionate, and client-centered approaches.
Multidisciplinary & Rehabilitation Work : My areas of specialisation include psycho-oncology, supporting individuals undergoing cancer treatment in both curative and palliative settings, as well as grief counselling and collaborative work within multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic psychological care.
Current Counselling: I currently work as a counselling psychologist, providing therapy to adults experiencing stress, anxiety, workplace challenges, and general mental health concerns, with specialised work in psycho-oncology and grief support for individuals and families navigating cancer care.
