Academic & Clinical Foundation : I hold a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology. I also have certifications in Trauma-informed therapy and Couples Counselling.
Assessment & Therapeutic Experience : I have worked with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, low mood, relationship concerns, life transitions, and workplace stress. My approach is integrative — I draw from CBT, REBT, EFT and person-centered techniques, but I tailor the process to each individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all method. This has helped me understand the impact of family dynamics, cultural expectations, and stigma around mental health. I focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, while also gently guiding them toward insight, emotional regulation, and practical change.
Multidisciplinary & Rehabilitation Work : My areas of expertise include anxiety and mood disorders, relationship and family dynamics, emotional regulation, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. I particularly focus on helping clients build insight, resilience, and practical coping strategies within the socio-cultural context.
Current Counselling: I currently work as a counselling psychologist, providing individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy to adolescents and adults. I support clients experiencing anxiety, mood concerns, relationship difficulties, workplace stress, and life transitions, with a focus on emotional regulation and building healthier coping patterns.
