Hi there, and thank you for being here. Reaching a page like this often takes more strength than people realise, and I want to first acknowledge the courage it takes to even consider support for yourself or a loved one. :) I am a Counselling Psychologist who works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship patterns, identity questions, and the emotional challenges that come with being human today. Over the years, I have realised that people do not seek therapy because they are broken. They seek therapy because they have been trying to carry too much on their own. My role is to offer a space where you can finally set things down, your fears, worries, confusion, memories, and overwhelm, and feel met with warmth, steadiness, and genuine understanding. My therapeutic approach is grounded, gentle, and collaborative. I do not believe in forcing insight or pushing someone into change before they are ready. I support you in reconnecting with your own clarity and inner strength. I draw from trauma-focused therapies, humanistic and emotion-centered approaches, and mind–body awareness. What this means is that together, we explore what you are feeling, why those feelings make sense, and how your body has learned to hold your experiences. Therapy is not about giving you a list of things to fix. It is about helping you understand yourself in a deeper and kinder way so that healing becomes possible from within.I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Trauma-Focused Therapy, and have extensive experience in both school and community mental health settings. I have supported adolescents through academic pressure, identity concerns, grief, self-worth difficulties, and relational challenges. I have also worked with adults experiencing burnout, perfectionism, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and major life transitions such as career changes or significant personal shifts. My background includes work with neurodivergent individuals, survivors of trauma, and clients facing high-risk or safety-related concerns. These experiences have shaped me into a therapist and a person who values attunement, cultural sensitivity, emotional safety, and more than anything, authenticity. What drew me to this work is personal. Through my own early childhood experiences, I witnessed how much it matters to have someone who is present, consistent, and emotionally available. I learned very early how deeply support can affect a person’s inner world, and how the absence of it can leave long-lasting marks. This understanding stayed with me and guides how I show up with clients. I aim to offer the kind of presence that helps people feel seen, understood, and supported in ways they may not have experienced before.I believe therapy is one of the few places where people can be completely human, with all their uncertainty, hope, confusion, pain, and growth. I have seen how powerful it is for someone to feel understood without judgment, often for the first time in their lives. My intention is to create a space where your experiences are respected, your emotions are welcomed, and your story is held with care.If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or ready to understand yourself more clearly, I am here to support you. When you feel ready, I warmly invite you to book a session.
