Includes:

Therapeutic Approach – In therapy, I primarily draw on narrative practices, developmental psychology, and strength-based, trauma-informed frameworks. I hope to support clients in identifying and living their preferred identity conclusions. Rather than locating the problem within the client or the family, I work collaboratively to understand how challenges are shaped by context (stress, transitions, expectations, cultural messages, and the pressures of modern life).
Credentials & What Drives Me – I was drawn to this work because I believe that every person deserves to be truly seen, and to feel less alone. Therapy is not about fixing people. It is about helping individuals rediscover the care, competence, and connection that already live within them. My role is to walk alongside you, at your pace, helping you make sense of what is happening and supporting you to create meaningful change at home, life, or work.
Take the First Step – If you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or are navigating parenting worries, I would be glad to work with you. Together, we can build a space where you feel understood, supported, and hopeful.

What clients can expect

My professional experience allows me to create a safe, reflective, and collaborative space where clients feel heard and understood. I hope to support clients in identifying and living their preferred identity conclusions. Rather than locating the problem within the client or the family, I work collaboratively to understand how challenges are shaped by context (stress, transitions, expectations, cultural messages, and the pressures of modern life).
Academic & Clinical Foundation : B.Sc. (hons) Psychology (Applied), University of Durham; M.Sc. Developmental Psychology, University of Dundee; Diploma in Narrative Therapy and Community Work, Children First and Dulwich Centre
Assessment & Therapeutic Experience : I bring hands-on experience as a school counselor and child and developmental psychologist, working directly with children, adolescents, and families across academic, emotional, and behavioural concerns. My therapeutic work is informed by narrative practices and developmental frameworks, allowing me to offer clients a safe, reflective space that is strengths-based, culturally responsive, and focused on meaningful change.
Multidisciplinary & Rehabilitation Work : I specialise in child, adolescent, and young adults mental health within school and community settings, with particular expertise in trauma-informed and narrative approaches, working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support children’s emotional wellbeing and resilience.
Current Counselling: I currently work as a school counselor, supporting children and adolescents across early years to senior school, and collaborating closely with teachers and families to address emotional, social, and developmental needs within the school context. Additionally, I work with adults in my private practice by drawing on narrative practices, developmental psychology, and strength-based, trauma-informed frameworks.

How My Experience Guides You

My work is guided by a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and narrative approach that centres clients’ voices, values, and lived experiences. I prioritise collaboration, cultural sensitivity, and ethical practice, creating supportive spaces where clients can make meaning of their stories, reconnect with their abilities, and move towards changes that feel respectful and sustainable.
