Therapeutic Approach – My therapeutic approach is based on CBT, which is Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. This means that we do not only talk about what is troubling you, but we also work on practical solutions that can help you feel better. Together, we explore the patterns of thinking and behaviour that may be keeping you stuck in anxiety, fear, self criticism, or emotional exhaustion. At the same time, we focus on building simple and effective strategies that help you feel more in control of your emotions and your life. Therapy is not about fixing you, because you are not broken. Therapy is about helping you understand yourself, support yourself, and create healthier ways to cope, grow, and move forward. In sessions with me, you can expect a warm, safe, and non judgmental environment. You do not need to have perfect words. You do not need to explain everything in one go. You can come exactly as you are, whether you feel tired, confused, anxious, emotional, numb, or hopeful. We will work at your pace, with kindness and clarity. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, where you feel supported and understood, and where we work together step by step. Some sessions may feel like a deep emotional release, some may feel like learning new skills, and some may feel like gently untangling what you have been holding inside for a long time.
Credentials & What Drives Me – I understand how stress can quietly affect your mood, your sleep, your motivation, your focus, and even your physical health. I also believe that with the right guidance, the right tools, and a safe space to process what you are going through, things can begin to feel lighter and more manageable.
Take the First Step – If you have been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, stuck in overthinking, or simply unsure about what to do next, please know that you do not have to handle it all by yourself. Sometimes life looks completely fine from the outside, but inside it can feel heavy, confusing, and lonely. Reaching out for support is not a sign of weakness. It is a gentle and courageous step towards taking care of yourself. If something has been feeling heavy lately, I want you to know that support is available. You deserve a space where you feel heard, validated, and guided. Whenever you feel ready, you are welcome to reach out and book a session with me. We will work together with care, compassion, and practical steps that help you feel calmer, clearer, and more confident.
