My clinical background across hospital and community settings allows me to provide structured, evidence-based support tailored to individual needs. I help clients build resilience and navigate emotional challenges such as anxiety, stress, and depression more effectively.
Academic & Clinical Foundation : I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from Netaji Subhash University of Technology (NSUT), and I am a certified Gatekeeper in suicide prevention.
Assessment & Therapeutic Experience : My experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at AIIMS, where I conducted clinical assessments for depression, and providing supervised counseling for children, couples, and families at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital. My experience includes intake interviews, case history taking, Mental Status Examinations, group therapy, family sessions, and use of structured tools for anxiety, depression, and stress.
Multidisciplinary & Rehabilitation Work : I worked as a trainee at SPYM-De-addiction Centre, where I facilitated group therapy sessions and integrated tools such as Art (Mandala) and Music Therapy into patient treatment plans.
Current Counselling: I am a counsellor with experience supporting adolescents and adults in managing anxiety, mood concerns, interpersonal difficulties, and life transitions. My work emphasises collaborative goal setting, culturally sensitive care, and ethical practice.
