Therapeutic Approach – My approach to therapy is collaborative and flexible and mostly client centric. I use evidence-based methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Positive Psychotherapy and psychodynamic techniques to dive deep into the root causes of your struggles. Together, we will explore your past experiences and present challenges, helping you gain insights that create lasting positive changes in your life. My goal is to help you develop healthier thinking patterns, manage stress, and build emotional resilience so you can be the best version of yourself. Credentials & What Drives Me – With a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology and years of experience plus training, I am committed to help my clients overcome their struggles and feel at peace. My journey into this work was sparked by my own struggles against depression. I was alone in my suffering and wanted to make sure that No one goes through mental health issues alone. This empathy drives me to understand my clients better and create a safe space for them

Academic & Clinical Foundation : Masters in Counselling Psychology , Post graduate diploma in Guidance and Counseling. Certified in Suicide Risk Management, Positive Psychotherapy, Guidance and Career Counselling.
Assessment & Therapeutic Experience : Worked as a Lead Counsellor in an NGO for 2.5 years , Gained clinical experience by interning at various mental health organizations and dealt with cases of depression , anxiety, PTSD, Relationship crisis, career management, self esteem issues etc across young adult population. Apart from this, I have also conducted mental health workshops for children to educate them on mental health issues
Multidisciplinary & Rehabilitation Work : I Specialize in dealing with issues of Depression, anxiety, relationship crisis, self esteem issues, Career related confusion and career management alongwith Providing Support towards early Suicidal Ideations
Current Counselling: Im a self practicing Counselling Psychologist taking one on one therapy sessions for young adult population to support them through real life struggles, crisis and mental health issues . I also guide students and young adults towards career management, building confidence and an overall positive personality
