What clients can expect

My professional experience allows me to support clients in a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where they feel heard and understood. Through clinical training and supervised practice, I help clients gain insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, develop healthier coping strategies, and feel more confident in managing distress. By combining psychoeducation, structured therapeutic approaches, and genuine human connection, I aim to support clients in their healing, emotional regulation, and personal growth at their own pace.
Academic & Clinical Foundation : I hold an integrated BA + MA in Clinical Psychology from Amity Institute of Psychology and Allied Sciences, with extensive clinical training through internships at mental health centers and rehabilitation facilities, along with certified training in Art Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Psychological First Aid.
Assessment & Therapeutic Experience : I have hands-on clinical experience through multiple psychology internships at mental health and rehabilitation centers, where I worked with clients experiencing psychosis, mood disorders, trauma, and behavioral concerns. My experience includes case observation, psychoeducation, group sessions, rapport building, clinical documentation, and providing therapeutic support under supervision using approaches such as CBT, with a strong focus on empathy, safety, and ethical care.
Multidisciplinary & Rehabilitation Work : My areas of focus include psychoeducation, rapport building, crisis support, and working with clients experiencing psychosis, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, and stress. I also have experience supporting clients through CBT-based interventions, group therapy, and creative approaches such as art-based activities, always with an emphasis on empathy, safety, and ethical practice.
Current Counselling: I am currently a Clinical Psychology postgraduate with internship experience in mental health clinics and rehabilitation centers. I have worked with adolescents and adults facing concerns such as psychosis, mood disorders, trauma, stress, and behavioral difficulties, supporting them through psychoeducation, group sessions, and therapeutic interventions under supervision.
