Academic & Clinical Foundation : Psychologist / Mental Health Counsellor with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology, advanced training in psychotherapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and counselling, and the management of learning disabilities.
Assessment & Therapeutic Experience : Over 8 years of experience providing individual and group counselling, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, adults, and families, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including emotional, behavioural, and adjustment difficulties, across clinical and educational settings.
Multidisciplinary & Rehabilitation Work : Specialised in supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families with stress, anxiety, emotional regulation, low self-esteem, confidence and motivation, transition difficulties, family and parenting challenges, peer and identity issues, and body image concerns, using evidence-based therapies such as CBT, solution-focused therapy, and psychotherapy.
Current Counselling: I currently serve as a school counsellor as well, supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families from multicultural backgrounds.
