Academic & Clinical Foundation : MSc in Counseling Psychology; practicing as a Psychologist since 2022.
Assessment & Therapeutic Experience : Practicing psychologist since 2022, using a person-centered approach and drawing from CBT, REBT, and solution-focused techniques based on client needs.
Multidisciplinary & Rehabilitation Work : Experience supporting concerns related to stress, anxiety, emotional regulation, work-related challenges, and personal life transitions.
Current Counselling: Currently working with EAP platforms, providing mental health support primarily to corporate employees and their family members for both work-related and personal concerns.
