I am deeply committed to helping individuals understand themselves more meaningfully and move toward personal growth that feels authentic and sustainable. Therapeutic Approach – My work is rooted in a strength-focused, client-centered and humanistic approach, grounded in deep respect for each person’s lived experience, inner wisdom, and expertise in their own life. I integrate evidence-based and developmentally informed approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy, Play Therapy, and systemic and queer-affirmative lenses, depending on the client’s needs and context. I strive to create an inclusive, non-judgmental space that affirms diverse identities, including queer and gender-diverse experiences.
Credentials & What Drives Me – I am deeply committed to helping individuals understand themselves more meaningfully and move toward personal growth that feels authentic and sustainable. My inclination toward this work stems from my own childhood experiences and a long-standing curiosity about emotions, personality, and the inner worlds of people, which continues to shape the way I engage with clients today.
Take the First Step – I understand that beginning therapy can feel unfamiliar or anxiety-provoking, and I see my role as walking alongside you, at your pace, through this process. Therapy with me is collaborative, reflective, and supportive, focused on helping you recognise patterns, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with the version of yourself you wish to grow into.

What clients can expect

My professional experience helps me understand concerns not just at the surface level, but within the person’s life context, developmental stage, and environment. I support clients in improving emotional wellbeing, strengthening self-esteem, managing stress and behavioural challenges, and building soft skills for personality development. I also use psychoeducation (simplifying therapy concepts into relatable, easy-to-understand language) and practical tools to support meaningful, sustainable change.
Academic & Clinical Foundation : I have completed my Graduation and Postgraduation in Psychology from the University of Delhi, and I am an RCI-licensed counsellor, having completed my professional training in Guidance and Counselling from the National Institute of Public Cooperation and Child Development (NIPCCD).
Assessment & Therapeutic Experience : I have 3.5+ years of counselling experience across clinics/therapy centres, hospitals, schools, and NGO/NPO settings, working with children, adolescents, and adults. I support clients with emotional and behavioural wellbeing, self-esteem, and neurodivergence-related needs, along with soft skills and personality development through counselling, psychoeducation, and collaborative care.
Multidisciplinary & Rehabilitation Work : I primarily specialise in working with children and adolescents across emotional, behavioural, academic, and neurodevelopmental concerns (including Autism, ADHD, and Specific Learning Difficulties), while also supporting adults with areas such as emotional management, anxiety, self-esteem, negative thinking patterns, and self-improvement.
Current Counselling: I work as a Counselling Psychologist with ElixirHelps and as a School Counsellor, supporting neurotypical and neurodivergent children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds, navigating both mental health and everyday emotional and life challenges. I specialise in child and adolescent emotional, behavioural, and developmental concerns.

How My Experience Guides You

I often find myself facilitating clients in noticing how their thoughts can sometimes “play tricks” on them and form unhelpful patterns, and supporting them in building healthier coping responses, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I work with genuine, non-judgmental curiosity towards each person’s lived experiences and context. I value creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive space, while supporting meaningful, long-term emotional growth rather than only short-term symptom relief.

A Personal Word for You

Reaching out for support can feel confusing, heavy, or even a little scary, especially if you’ve been holding things in for a long time, or if past experiences with support haven’t felt right. If you’ve come this far, a part of you is likely hoping for a space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. You don’t have to be “sure enough” or “ready enough” to start, even considering support is already a step. Whatever you’re carrying right now, confusion, heaviness, questions, or just a sense that something isn’t okay, you don’t have to hold it all inside. I’m here to listen, to understand, and to walk alongside you at your pace.
