4 Year of Experience

Hindi (Native), English (C2 Professional Proficiency).

I’m Vandana Jain, a psychotherapist with 3+ years of work experience primarily working with children, adolescents, and families (caregivers), integrating all parts of the ecosystem to facilitate healing. My practice is grounded in person-centric, play-based, narrative-leaning, meeting the child and family where they are developmentally and emotionally, using a strength-focused lens. I aim to foster safety and regulation, building on long-term meaningful connections. My qualifications include a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, a PGDGC, and a Diploma in Neuro-Dramatic Play. I value ongoing learning and stay committed to regular trainings, supervision so I can show up fully and mindfully for the children and families I work with. I hold a deep curiosity about children’s inner worlds and a desire to create spaces where they feel joyful, heard, and empowered.
