Academic & Clinical Foundation : I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, which provided me with foundational training in counselling theories, developmental psychology, and understanding emotional and behavioural concerns. I have experience in emotional support roles focused on active listening and empathetic communication. I am also currently undergoing training in hypnotherapy as part of my continued professional development.
Assessment & Therapeutic Experience : I have experience working in emotional support roles where I provide empathetic listening, help individuals process stress and emotional overwhelm, and maintain clear ethical boundaries, including appropriate referral when needed.
Multidisciplinary & Rehabilitation Work : My primary area of focus is supporting young adults navigating stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions, with an emphasis on empathetic listening and client-centred support.
Current Counselling: I currently work in emotional support roles, primarily supporting young adults dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, and life transitions through empathetic listening and structured conversations.
