What clients can expect

My experience in emotional support roles has strengthened my ability to listen deeply, validate emotions, and create a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals feel heard and understood. By helping clients organise their thoughts, identify patterns, and develop practical coping strategies, I support them in gaining clarity, emotional regulation, and greater self-awareness in their personal growth journey.
Academic & Clinical Foundation : I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, which provided me with foundational training in counselling theories, developmental psychology, and understanding emotional and behavioural concerns. I have experience in emotional support roles focused on active listening and empathetic communication. I am also currently undergoing training in hypnotherapy as part of my continued professional development.
Assessment & Therapeutic Experience : I have experience working in emotional support roles where I provide empathetic listening, help individuals process stress and emotional overwhelm, and maintain clear ethical boundaries, including appropriate referral when needed.
Multidisciplinary & Rehabilitation Work : My primary area of focus is supporting young adults navigating stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions, with an emphasis on empathetic listening and client-centred support.
Current Counselling: I currently work in emotional support roles, primarily supporting young adults dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, and life transitions through empathetic listening and structured conversations.

How My Experience Guides You

My approach is guided by empathy, respect, and client-centred values. I believe meaningful progress begins when individuals feel emotionally safe and genuinely heard. My training in psychology helps me stay structured and ethical, while my values encourage patience, active listening, and allowing clients to move at their own pace. I focus on clarity, emotional awareness, and practical coping, while maintaining appropriate boundaries and referral when needed.

A Personal Word for You

If you’re reaching out, it likely means something has been weighing on you — and that step itself takes courage. You don’t have to have everything figured out before seeking support. This can be a space where you are heard without judgment and supported at your own pace. We can work through things gently and thoughtfully, one step at a time.
